Returns Policy

Do You Offer Returns / Replacements / Refunds?

If the device(s) is defective / faulty upon receiving it or within 14 days of the delivery date, or you have had a change of mind / wrong product purchase within the same 14 day delivery date, we are happy to organise a return / or refund. The device(s) must be returned to us prior to an exchange / or refund being issued. Once the device(s) is received, one of our specialists will check the device(s) to ensure eligibility for a return / or refund. ClipWireless PTY LTD will arrange a paid for return label which will be sent to the customer online to download and print in order to return it back to us. There is no restocking fee for any returns of device(s).
