How Long is the Warranty?

All of our devices come with 6 months (180 days) warranty (from time of device received). We do have options to extend your device's warranty up to 12 months as well.

How Does The Warranty Work & What Does it Cover?

Upon making a warranty claim (either via email or our warranty page), you will be required to pack & send the device to us (we will send you a paid for postage label to attach to the box). Upon receiving your device, one of our specialist technicians will access and diagnose the issue(s).

*If any malpractice, intentional or accidental damage, third-party accessories or liquid damage is found to be the cause of the issue(s), warranty is voided (an inspection fee of $150 AUD will be billed before handing over / posting the item(s) back and all repair costs will be issued to the customer.
If warranty has not been voided and the device is within the 6 month (or extended 12 month warranty) period, we will notify you regarding the timeframe of the repair(s). Once the repairs have been completed, the device will be bubble wrapped and boxed up well and express posted back to you, or we can arrange a collection time (appointment only) from our office.* 
How Quickly Do You Guys Ship Out?

All orders before 2:00pm are shipped out that same day with Express Postage & Tracking. All orders after 2:00pm will be dispatched the following business day.

*ClipWireless Pty Ltd  is not liable for any late or lost deliveries. All late and / or lost delivery issues should be taken up with the courier / postal service used (Australia Post). ClipWireless Pty Ltd does its best to honour its dispatch times as stated upon each product page, however delivery times and driver negligence which could potentially lead to loss of item(s) are out of ClipWireless Pty Ltd’s control. All items are packaged securely, bubble wrapped and waterproofed. Each delivery is equipped with live tracking and signature on delivery to ensure a safe transit to our customers.

Unfortunately no refunds will be given due to a late / lost delivery.

Are Your Product Images of The Devices Themselves?

Yes! We aim to separate ourselves from any other re-sellers who may use stock-image photos of devices. To give our customers a better peace of mind when choosing a device, all our photos are representative of the device(s) shape, colour & physical condition. 

Do You Do Returns?

If the device is faulty upon receiving it or within 14 days, or you have had a change of mind / wrong purchase, we are happy to organise a return.

We understand that not all second hand computers purchased online meet expectations. Thats why we pride ourselves on being the top second-hand Apple Product providers in Australia. All of our products are meticulously checked and tested by both us and our Apple Authorised Service Provider to ensure that the devices are in excellent working order.

Furthermore, all of our devices get checked if they're eligible for one of Apple's many Quality Repair Programs (listed on their site), such as the Top-Case / Battery / Display programs. If any devices are eligible for these programs, they are put through them prior to getting listed. Many of our MacBook's include brand new (or next to new) batteries and Displays. This ensures we can provide top quality devices at affordable prices !
