What does the grade mean?
Grades describe cosmetic condition only. Every device is fully tested, whatever its grade.
A+ (Like new): a flawless screen with no scratches, and any wear on the body is invisible from 30 cm. A (Very good): faint micro-scratches on the screen, barely visible when it's off, plus light body scratches that are hard to see from 30 cm, with no dents. B (Good): micro-scratches on the screen that you can't see when it's on, scratches visible from 30 cm, and possibly small dents. C (Fair): some heavier cosmetic abrasions. None of them affect how the device works.
What does the warranty cover?
Every device includes a 12-month warranty from the day it arrives, and you can extend it to 2 years for $94.95, here or at checkout. It covers faults. It does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage or misuse.
What battery health will I get?
Every device we sell has at least 80% of its original battery capacity, tested before it is listed. Devices marked "New battery" have a brand-new battery at 100%.
How fast will it arrive?
Order before 2pm (Sydney time) on a business day and we ship it the same day by free express post with tracking, anywhere in Australia.
Can I return it?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to change your mind. Start a return from your account and we'll email you instructions and a return label, then keep you updated until it's sorted. A 10% restocking fee and the label cost come out of change-of-mind refunds. Faulty devices are always returned free.
